PLEASE NOTE:  This Vendor application is only for Vendors who will be setting up at the market on a regular Basis.  Please use the Special Event Application for all others.
Allowed* Shelf Stable Baked Goods, Spice Blends, Roasted Coffee, Candy ,Freeze Dried Produce, Canned Fruits and Vegetables, Pickled Fruits and Vegetables, Canned Salsa ,Shelf Stable Sauces, Candy and Shelf Stable Baked Goods with Commercially Processed Hemp Derivatives
Not Allowed* Finished Products Requiring Temperature Control for Safety, Meat-Including Jerky and Freeze Dried Poultry-Including Jerky and Freeze Dried Fish-Including Jerky and Freeze Dried Pickled, Canned, or Preserved Eggs ,Finished Dairy Products-Including Fluid Milk, Yogurt, Butter, Soft Cheese and Fresh Garlic in Oil *
For new vendors.  The first set up fee is $15. there after the set-up fee is $8.00 for each day you set  up,  for seasonal vendors. On your 5th consecutive set up, you will receive a Free Fee day. Our Market season is May to October.
**Vendors Setting up for the first time at the market as a regular vendor, please PAY Initial set up fee of $15 here, No Refunds **

     GFM On Line Market : gfmlocallygrown.net  Will be open year Round. Orders from customers received Monday through Thursday @ 3 pm. Growers are notified Thursday evenings of orders to be delivered on Saturday Mornings to customers between 10 & 10:30 am Vendors need to arrive between 8:00 am and 8:30 am  with customer delivery.     BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

    I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE  PRODUCT AND PRODUCER/VENDOR MARKET OPERATIONS,HEALTH AND SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS STATED IN THE GREENEVILLE FARMERS MARKET RULES. I UNDERSTAND THAT ALL NECESSARY LICENSES AND A SIGNED AGREEMENT MUST BE TURNED IN TO THE MARKET MANAGER A MINIMUM OF 1 WEEK PRIOR TO FIRST SET UP BEFORE I AM ALLOWED TO SELL AT THE MARKET. PRODUCE VENDORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SET UP UNTIL MARKET MANAGER HAS ALL COMPLETED,SIGNED PAPERWORK AND HAS INSPECTED PRODUCE THE DAY THEY WISH TO SELL. 
    ​    IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW ALL THE STATE AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS FOR SETTING UP AT A FARMERS MARKET IN THE STATE OF TENNESSEE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO COLLECT AND REMIT ALL SALES TAXES REQUIRED BY THE STATE.
         Names and Phone numbers of any employees or family members that will be setting up in your absence is also required. Please furnish the market manager with a list.
         This market is run by volunteers, they are not paid.  By signing this agreement, you agree to treat each volunteer with respect, and to help set up, take down, and see that signs are placed.​
